This notice gives information about the obligations and responsibilities a broker has when he represents the owner; when he represents the buyer; and when he acts as an intermediary as well as explaining what intermediary involves.

This notice is a cautionary explanation to consumers concerning various types of hazardous conditions that can be avoided through proper inspections by licensed professional inspectors.

This toolkit is provided by the government to help consumers understand the new loan processes which went into effect October 3, 2015, and which are quite different from the previous procedures that homeowners may have used in getting a loan in the past.
